Who we are

TK Store DZ is the public brand of the digital-products platform operated by TK Store. We are an Algerian digital marketplace that brings together, in one place, TK Store’s own products and those of approved sellers, with a unified buying, payment and delivery flow and a buyer-protection framework.

Our goal is simple: let a customer in Algeria buy a digital product easily and with confidence, and give serious sellers an organised space to sell under clear rules.

What is TK Store DZ?

A platform specialised in digital products only: no physical goods, no shipping. Everything sold on it is delivered digitally — a code, a licence key, access details, a file or an approved access link.

The platform runs on a marketplace model: TK Store sells its own products directly, and approved sellers sell theirs through the same platform after their accounts and products are reviewed. The buyer uses one interface, one order-and-payment system and one chat inside the platform.

What can you find on the platform?

The current main categories:

  • Gift Cards

    Google Play, Steam and other digital-platform cards.

  • Game Keys

    Steam, PlayStation, Xbox and PC game keys.

  • Gaming Top-ups

    Game credit top-ups such as PUBG, Free Fire and Roblox.

  • Software Keys

    Windows, Office, antivirus and VPN licences.

  • Personal Subscriptions

    Subscriptions to AI, design, productivity tools and digital platforms.

  • Shared Subscriptions

    Shared subscriptions on permitted tools and platforms, subject to stricter review.

  • Digital Assets & Templates

    Canva and Notion templates, files, designs and website templates.

  • Courses & E-books

    Training courses and e-books hosted externally by the seller, with access delivered through the platform.

  • Gaming Accounts

    Full Access game accounts sold by their original owner, reviewed manually before publication.

How does the platform work?

Where applicable, TK Store DZ provides the infrastructure a complete digital purchase needs:

  • Product discovery: search, categories, product pages and seller store pages.
  • A seller marketplace: approved seller accounts, product listing and review before publication.
  • Order and payment flow: cart or instant buy, a single checkout page, and the available payment methods shown at checkout.
  • Digital delivery mechanisms: automatic delivery of codes, keys and access details, manual delivery by the seller through the platform chat, or an approved access link.
  • Buyer–seller chat inside the platform, and a support chat with the TK Store administration for signed-in users.
  • A buyer-protection and dispute framework for eligible order issues.
  • The internal TK Points balance, usable for eligible purchases and where refunds are issued in the current phase.
  • Product and seller review, and buyer reviews on product pages.
  • A three-language experience: Arabic, French and English.

Delivery and support mechanics differ from one product to another depending on its type and seller, and are always stated on the product page before purchase.

The buyer experience

The buyer finds the product, reads its details (region, duration, platform, delivery method), buys from a single checkout page, sees any amount related to the payment method before confirming, then receives the product digitally and tracks the order from their account.

Buying works with a registered account or as a guest with e-mail verification, and communication with the seller and support stays inside the platform.

Working with sellers

We work with a limited number of approved sellers and favour product variety and service quality over seller volume. Submitting a seller request is not automatic acceptance: the account and documents are reviewed, the seller signs the Seller Convention, and their products are reviewed before publication.

Sellers commit to the selling rules: accurate descriptions, delivery and support inside the platform, replying to buyers promptly, with a commission that varies by category and customer origin.

Trust and protection

Trust on TK Store DZ is built on simple rules that apply to everyone:

  • Seller accounts and their products may be reviewed before publication, and the platform remains the sole decision-maker on accepting or rejecting a product.
  • A clear product description (region, duration, platform, activation conditions, delivery method) is a basic requirement.
  • Delivery, support, replacement, refunds and disputes all stay inside the platform; dealing outside weakens protection.
  • Buyer Protection provides a clear framework for eligible order issues: correction first, then replacement, and refund as a last resort.
  • Prohibited and high-risk products are subject to platform rules, and action is taken against violations.

Courses and e-books

The Courses & E-books category is active on the platform. In the current operating model, the seller hosts the course, video or e-book externally and delivers the access, download or invitation link through TK Store DZ.

TK Store DZ does not host sellers’ course, video or e-book content and provides no DRM or anti-copy protection. The seller remains responsible for rights, hosting, access validity and duration, and support, while payment, support and disputes stay inside the platform.

Gaming accounts

The Gaming Accounts category is active on the platform. It is limited to Full Access accounts sold by their original owner, and every listing is reviewed manually before publication.

Each seller states the warranty period of their account (Seller Warranty) in the short description. TK Store DZ is not affiliated with game publishers, whose own terms may restrict the sale or transfer of accounts.

Our vision

We want TK Store DZ to be the place Algerians trust to buy their digital products: accurately described products, approved sellers, payment and delivery within one platform, and clear rules applied fairly to buyers and sellers alike.
