Short introduction

This page is intended for sellers who want to list and sell their digital products on the TK Store DZ platform. It explains, in a clear and professional way, how the platform works and the rules that govern seller activity, from submitting a seller request to listing products and receiving payouts.

This page is not a legal contract. The official contract between TK Store and the seller is the Seller Convention, which the seller must sign and upload before selling permissions are activated. This page is a daily operational guide explaining what is allowed, what is prohibited, and how product review, commissions, payouts, refunds, and disputes work.

Please read this page carefully. Submitting a seller request or continuing to use selling permissions on the platform means accepting these rules and the related policies.

1.Who can sell on the platform?

TK Store DZ is currently open on a limited basis. Sellers are accepted manually.

A “Become a Seller” path may be available on the website, but submitting a request does not mean automatic acceptance. TK Store reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate any seller account at any time if it considers this necessary to protect buyers and the platform.

At the beginning, TK Store works with a limited number of trusted sellers, focusing on product diversity and service quality rather than rapidly increasing the number of sellers.

2.Seller account approval and Seller Convention

Before activating a seller account, TK Store may request certain information or documents, such as:

  • Full name.
  • Store name on the platform.
  • Phone number.
  • Address and wilaya.
  • Auto-entrepreneur card or commercial registry, if available.
  • Tax identification number, if available.
  • ID card copy when needed for verification.

Selling permissions are activated only after the seller account is approved and the required verification steps are completed, including signing and uploading the Seller Convention.

The Seller Convention includes the essential legal and operational terms and is the official reference for the relationship between the seller and TK Store.

3.Product categories currently allowed

In this phase, TK Store DZ accepts digital products only within the following categories:

  • Gift Cards.
  • Game Keys.
  • Gaming Top-ups.
  • Software Keys.
  • Personal Subscriptions.
  • Shared Subscriptions.
  • Digital Assets & Templates.
  • Courses & E-books.
  • Gaming Accounts.

Every listed product must clearly belong to one of these categories and must be reviewed by TK Store before appearing publicly.

4.Products that require special delivery or protection conditions

Courses, e-books and other content hosted outside the platform are accepted under the conditions set out in section 7 (Courses & E-books).

Some products need technical protection that TK Store does not provide, such as DRM, protected hosting, licensing infrastructure or anti-copy technology. For these products:

  • The seller must provide and manage the required protection or hosting through their own external means.
  • If no suitable delivery model exists, TK Store may decline the product or postpone its approval until one is in place.

TK Store does not promise DRM, anti-copy or anti-download protection for any seller content.

5.Prohibited products

TK Store DZ prohibits any product that may create risk for buyers, the platform’s reputation, or platform stability. Prohibited products include, without limitation:

  • Netflix accounts or subscriptions.
  • IPTV in all forms.
  • Autodesk products or any related products, unless TK Store grants exceptional written approval.
  • Pirated, stolen, compromised, or unknown-source products.
  • Pirated, stolen, leaked or unauthorized courses, e-books or files, including any content the seller has no right to sell or redistribute.
  • Products containing false or misleading claims.
  • Lifetime subscriptions.
  • Advertising “Lifetime Access” for externally hosted content without explicit written approval from TK Store for that specific product (see section 7).
  • Subscriptions longer than 12 months.
  • Adult or indecent products.
  • Gambling or betting products.
  • Hacking, phishing, or spam tools.
  • Fake account creation tools or abusive automation tools.
  • Any other product that TK Store considers harmful to user safety, platform reputation, or platform stability.

Listing a prohibited product may lead to immediate product removal, seller account suspension, permanent ban, or additional measures depending on the case.

6.High-risk products

Some products are not automatically rejected, but are considered high-risk and are subject to deeper review before publication. These include, for example:

  • Shared subscriptions.
  • High-value gift cards.
  • Region-locked products.
  • Products requiring information from the buyer’s account, such as a username or password.
  • Software keys with extended warranty.
  • Courses, e-books and other externally hosted content, especially when a long access duration is promised.
  • Products with unusually low or unusual pricing.
  • Some streaming or digital entertainment products that TK Store may allow after review.

These products may be accepted after review, rejected, or subject to additional conditions. Approval of some streaming or entertainment products does not mean that TK Store is required to run advertising or promotional campaigns for them.

The final decision to accept or reject any product belongs exclusively to TK Store.

7.Courses & E-books

Courses & E-books is an active category on TK Store DZ. Because the content is hosted by the seller and not by TK Store, the following rules apply in addition to every other section of this page.

The seller is responsible for:

  • Owning the content or holding sufficient rights or a licence to sell it.
  • The legality of its distribution.
  • The accuracy of the product description.
  • Hosting the content externally and keeping that hosting available.
  • The validity of the access, download or invitation link.
  • The promised access duration, and maintaining access throughout it.
  • Restoring, fixing or replacing invalid access.
  • Buyer support.
  • Compliance with intellectual property rights.

Delivery of the access link

The seller may deliver the purchased course or e-book as an external access link, download link, invitation link or an equivalent access mechanism approved by TK Store. The link must be delivered through TK Store DZ: through the platform chat or the platform’s in-platform delivery mechanism.

The following must always remain inside TK Store DZ:

  • Payment.
  • Buyer support.
  • Replacement and fix communication.
  • Refunds.
  • Disputes.
  • Commercial communication.

The external link may not be used to move communication, support or payment outside the platform. Doing so is treated as directing customers outside the platform under sections 10 and 15.

Access duration and “Lifetime Access”

The seller must state clearly, in the product description, either the access duration or that the product is a one-time downloadable file.

“Lifetime Access” may not be advertised freely for externally hosted content. It may be used only when TK Store has explicitly approved it in writing for that specific product and the seller can reasonably demonstrate the nature and sustainability of that access.

Prohibited content

Pirated, stolen, leaked, illegally redistributed or otherwise unauthorized courses, e-books or files remain strictly prohibited and lead to the measures described in section 15.

8.Gaming Accounts

Gaming Accounts is an active category on TK Store DZ for selling third-party game accounts. The following rules apply in addition to every other section of this page.

What may be sold

  • Full Access accounts only: after delivery, the buyer must be able to change the login credentials and the security settings relevant to the account.
  • The seller must be the original owner of the account and have the control needed to transfer it.
  • The listing must state clearly the game, the platform, the region or server where relevant, and the account’s important characteristics.
  • Every Gaming Accounts product is reviewed manually by TK Store before it is published.

Prohibited account types

  • No Full Access (NFA) accounts, or limited-access accounts where the buyer cannot obtain the promised control.
  • Shared accounts.
  • Rented accounts.
  • Accounts resold after being bought from another owner.
  • Hacked or stolen accounts.
  • Accounts of unknown origin.
  • Accounts already sold to another buyer, and simultaneous duplicate sales.
  • Accounts tied to a personal primary e-mail of the seller that cannot be handed over or recovered by the buyer.
  • Accounts with the seller’s payment methods still saved.
  • Accounts containing personal data that cannot safely be removed.
  • Accounts with an undisclosed active ban, suspension or restriction.
  • Accounts where material recovery access remains with the seller contrary to the listing.
  • Accounts tied to another person or a minor in a way that cannot safely be transferred.

Seller Warranty

The seller sets the warranty period of each Gaming Accounts product and must state it clearly in the product’s short description, for example “Seller Warranty: 14 days”. TK Store does not impose a fixed warranty period for this category.

Seller responsibility

The seller is responsible, and must restore access, replace the account where that is acceptable, or accept a refund or a TK Points refund under the dispute process, when:

  • The credentials are wrong.
  • Full Access was falsely claimed.
  • The account is materially different from the listing.
  • The account was stolen or hacked.
  • The same account was sold twice.
  • The seller or a previous owner reclaims the account during the stated Seller Warranty.
  • An undisclosed sanction or restriction that existed before the sale makes the account unusable.

No special hold or reserve applies to this category: the normal seller-balance, hold and dispute rules on this page apply, including the recovery of amounts owed to TK Store.

Buyer conduct after delivery

The seller is not responsible for problems caused by the buyer’s own conduct after a successful delivery where the evidence supports it — for example cheating, prohibited modifications, sharing the credentials, intentionally causing a ban, or ignoring clearly disclosed usage or security instructions. This is not a blanket exemption for the seller: TK Store reviews the evidence and makes the final decision in any dispute.

Delivery of the credentials

Each Gaming Accounts product uses the delivery method the seller chooses for it: automatic delivery from the product’s stock, or manual delivery by the seller after payment. Either way, the credentials are delivered on the order inside TK Store DZ, where they are stored encrypted — never in the product title, description or images. With automatic delivery, each account is added to the stock as its own entry (for example: Email: … | Password: … | other recovery details). With manual delivery, the order stays awaiting delivery until the seller delivers the credentials on it. No end date is required for an account that does not expire. Before delivery, the seller must remove saved payment methods and unrelated personal data, and should remove personal phone numbers or social-login links where feasible.

Publisher and platform terms

Game accounts are third-party digital accounts. TK Store DZ is not affiliated with or endorsed by game publishers or platforms. A publisher’s or platform’s own terms may restrict the sale, transfer, sharing or use of accounts; sellers and buyers are responsible for reviewing the rules that apply. TK Store cannot guarantee that a publisher will never suspend, restrict or recover an account.

9.Product submission and review

The seller may add products from the seller dashboard, but no product appears publicly until it has been reviewed and approved by TK Store.

At this stage, every new product and every major edit is subject to review before publication, including:

  • Product name.
  • Category.
  • Price.
  • Short and long description.
  • Images.
  • Variants or product options.
  • Delivery method.
  • Stock settings.
  • Code or license distribution method.
  • Region or geographic restrictions, if any.
  • Warranty or duration, if any.

After approval, the seller may publish or unpublish the product. Permanent deletion of products is not preferred in this phase and remains subject to TK Store procedures.

TK Store reserves the right to change a product’s category or request changes to its price, description, images, or delivery method if it considers this necessary to protect the buyer, the platform, or the clarity of the product.

10.Delivery and communication inside the platform

All delivery, support, warranty, replacement, refund, and dispute-related communication must take place inside the platform only.

The seller is not allowed to use WhatsApp or any external channel to complete any part of the service with the buyer, including delivery, support, warranty, replacement, or refund.

Exception for courses, e-books and other externally hosted content: when the purchased product is itself an external access, download or invitation link, sending that link to the buyer through the platform chat or the platform’s delivery mechanism is part of the delivery and is not considered off-platform redirection. Payment, support, replacement, refunds and disputes must still be handled inside TK Store DZ only (see section 7).

If the product requires certain information from the buyer, such as an email address, username, or password, this information must be exchanged only through the platform chat. The seller is responsible for handling this information only to the minimum extent necessary to complete delivery.

When adding a product, the seller must clearly specify the delivery method, whether automatic or manual. If manual delivery may take time, the seller must inform the buyer of the expected delay inside the platform. If the buyer does not accept the delay, they may request TK Store intervention or open a dispute.

A buyer who chooses to deal with the seller outside the platform may lose their TK Store protection for that order. A seller who directs customers outside the platform may also face strict measures, including suspension or banning.

11.Response rules for buyers

The seller must respond to buyer messages inside the platform quickly and seriously.

  • During active support hours, from 08:00 to 02:00 after midnight, the seller must respond within 30 minutes.
  • From 02:00 to 08:00, this period is considered a sleeping/rest period during which response time may be relaxed, provided that the seller follows up on pending requests as soon as active support hours begin.

Repeated delays or leaving the buyer without explanation may lead to TK Store intervention or measures against the seller account, including a warning, refund, or freezing of the dispute amount.

12.Commissions and customer source

TK Store’s commission depends on the product category and the customer source.

A sale through the seller’s link means that the order came through the seller’s referral link or through a tracking method approved by TK Store proving that the seller brought the customer.

A sale from TK Store source means that the order came from the platform, search, homepage, recommendations, TK Store ads, TK Store customer base, or any other source other than the seller’s link.

If the customer source is not clear, the order is considered to be from TK Store source.

Currently:

  • TK Store does not charge the buyer a separate general service fee as part of the seller commission model. However, fees related to the selected payment method may apply, and are shown to the buyer in the checkout flow depending on the method available.
  • There is no fixed seller fee.
  • There is no minimum commission.
  • There is no standard reserve on seller balances.

TK Store reserves the right to update commission rates according to the rule update clause.

13.Wallet, TK Points, and payouts

The platform uses TK Points as an internal balance system to manage purchases, refunds, and seller balances.

  • TK Points are not a bank account, banking service, or regulated financial deposit. They are only an internal balance used inside the platform.
  • Seller earnings are added to the seller balance after deducting TK Store commission and any holds or disputed amounts.
  • Seller payout means that TK Store transfers a cash amount to the seller in exchange for the available TK Points balance.
  • The standard hold after an order is 24 hours. The end of the hold does not mean a payout is executed automatically or exactly after 24 hours; payouts remain subject to the seller’s request, the minimum amount, any extended hold and the platform’s processing procedures.
  • The minimum payout request is 5,000 DZD or its equivalent inside the system.

TK Store may extend the hold period or freeze part of the balance in cases such as:

  • Disputes or repeated complaints.
  • Suspected violation.
  • Ban.
  • Active subscriptions held by buyers.
  • Unresolved obligations toward customers.

14.Refunds and disputes

TK Store handles disputes according to a clear principle: fix first, replacement second, refund as a last resort.

Currently:

  • Buyer refunds are issued to the TK Points wallet only, not to the original payment method.
  • For one-time-use codes, such as gift cards and game keys, the buyer must test the product quickly after delivery. The general dispute window may be up to 24 hours from actual delivery.
  • If it is proven that the code was successfully used, or that the buyer chose the wrong product, the refund is not automatic and remains subject to TK Store review or seller approval depending on the case.
  • For subscriptions and duration-based products, such as personal subscriptions, shared subscriptions, or software keys with a duration or warranty, the seller remains responsible for the full promised duration. If the product stops working before the end of the duration, TK Store may require the seller to reactivate, replace, or partially compensate the buyer based on the remaining duration.
  • For courses hosted by the seller, the resolution order is: fix access, then restore or reactivate access, then provide replacement access or a replacement link, then partial compensation or a TK Points refund when appropriate. Buyer protection may apply when the access link does not work, the wrong course or content is delivered, the content materially differs from the description, access ends before the promised duration, the seller fails to deliver or to restore access, or the content is found to be pirated or unauthorized. Partial compensation may depend on the remaining access duration, the nature of the issue, the evidence and TK Store’s decision.
  • For downloadable e-books and files, once a valid file or link has been delivered and the buyer can download or access the correct product, a refund is not automatic merely because the buyer changed their mind. Protection still applies if the link is invalid, the file cannot be opened, the wrong file is delivered, the file materially differs from the description, the content is pirated or unauthorized, or the seller failed to provide what was purchased.

The final decision in disputes belongs to TK Store. Its decisions may include accepting or rejecting the complaint, requesting replacement, issuing a refund in TK Points, freezing the seller balance, or applying a penalty when appropriate.

15.Violations and penalties

Measures that TK Store may take in case of violation, depending on severity and repetition, include:

  • Warning.
  • Product removal.
  • Request to modify the product.
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Freezing the dispute amount.
  • Extending the balance hold period.
  • Freezing the full balance in serious cases.
  • Recording a negative balance on the account.
  • Permanent ban from the platform.
  • Preventing re-registration using the same identity or business information.

An immediate ban without warning may be applied in cases such as:

  • Selling stolen, compromised, or pirated products.
  • Attempting to direct customers outside the platform.
  • Fraud or payment manipulation.
  • Repeated refusal to handle customer issues.
  • Any behavior that threatens platform reputation or customer trust.

Negative balance: if TK Store has to compensate the buyer on behalf of the seller and the seller balance is insufficient, the difference may be recorded as a negative balance on the seller account. The seller is required to settle it. It may be deducted from future earnings, or withdrawals may be suspended until settlement.

16.Updates to rules and commissions

TK Store may need to update seller rules, commission rates, product policies, payment rules, or platform terms from time to time.

  • Updates are made with prior notice to sellers.
  • The preferred notice period is 7 days before the update takes effect.
  • The update does not require new approval from the seller as long as the seller previously accepted the rules.
  • If the seller does not accept the update, they may unpublish their products or stop selling on the platform.
  • Continuing to sell after the update date is considered acceptance of the updated rules.
