Short introduction
TK Store DZ is a platform specialised in selling digital products within Algeria, such as gift cards, game keys, gaming top-ups, software keys, personal subscriptions, shared subscriptions, digital assets and templates, and courses and e-books.
This page explains the rules that protect the buyer on the platform, and how delivery, support, refunds and disputes currently work.
This page is not a legal contract. It is a day-to-day operational guide for the buyer that explains what protection they benefit from, where that protection ends, when they can open a dispute, and how the decision is made.
Using the platform or completing a purchase on it means accepting these rules and the related policies.
1.What buyer protection means on TK Store DZ
Buyer protection on the platform means that TK Store provides a clear framework for following up an order and stepping in when a problem arises between the buyer and the seller, as long as all communication, delivery and support took place inside the platform.
This protection includes:
- An official channel for communicating with the seller inside the platform.
- The ability to open a dispute when there is a genuine problem with the order.
- TK Store’s intervention to review both parties’ evidence and reach a fair decision.
- Operational remedies including a fix, a replacement, reactivation, restored access, or a refund to the TK Points wallet, depending on the case.
Buyer protection is not an open guarantee of a refund in every case. It depends on compliance with the rules on this page, and in particular with the rule that all communication stays inside the platform.
2.Before you buy
Before confirming any order, the buyer must read the product page carefully and check the following:
- The exact type of product, such as a code, a key, a subscription, a file, a licence, a course, an e-book, or access to an account.
- The region or geographic restrictions, if any.
- The promised duration, if the product is a subscription or has a fixed term.
- The access duration, if the product is a course or externally hosted content.
- Whether the product is a one-time downloadable file.
- Activation and warranty conditions, if any.
- The delivery method, automatic or manual, and the expected time.
- The seller’s instructions on how to use or access the product.
A buyer who chooses the wrong product, or ignores region, duration, activation or access restrictions, may not automatically be covered by a refund.
3.The nature of digital products on the platform
The products offered on TK Store DZ are digital by nature. They may be delivered as:
- A single-use code or key.
- A subscription to a digital service for a given period.
- A shared account or shared access under strict rules.
- A software licence.
- A downloadable digital file, template or asset.
- An externally hosted course or e-book.
- An access, download or invitation link.
- Access credentials or activation instructions provided by the seller.
Because of this digital nature, some rules differ from those for physical goods. For example, a digital product cannot be “returned” after use the way an unused physical item can.
Some streaming or digital entertainment products may be available after review by TK Store, and are subject to the same protection and refund rules inside the platform.
4.Notice about products that are not allowed
For the buyer’s information, TK Store does not allow certain products to be listed on TK Store DZ, for legal or operational reasons or because of the product’s source.
The most notable of these are:
- Netflix accounts or subscriptions.
- IPTV in all its forms.
- Autodesk products or any related products, unless TK Store decides otherwise in writing and on an exceptional basis.
- Pirated, stolen, compromised or unknown-source products.
- Courses, e-books or files that are stolen, leaked, pirated, or distributed without the necessary rights or licences.
If the buyer comes across a product of this kind listed on the platform, they are advised not to buy it and to report it to TK Store through the admin chat inside the platform or through the official WhatsApp, so that it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
This section is only a notice for the buyer. The full list of products that are not allowed remains TK Store’s responsibility and may be reviewed and extended from time to time.
5.Delivery methods
Delivery may take place in one of the following ways:
- Automatic delivery: the system delivers the product as soon as payment is confirmed, for example some gift cards and game keys.
- Manual delivery: the seller processes the order and delivers it manually, within the time stated on the product page, through the platform chat.
- Access or download link: for courses, e-books and some externally hosted content, the product itself may be an access, download or invitation link that the seller sends inside the platform.
Even so, payment, support, replacement, fixes, refunds, disputes and commercial communication must remain inside TK Store DZ.
If manual delivery may take time, the seller must inform the buyer of the expected time inside the platform. If the buyer does not accept the delay, or the seller exceeds the promised time without explanation, the buyer may request TK Store’s intervention or open a dispute.
6.Communication inside the platform only
All delivery, support, warranty, replacement and refund operations, and all dispute correspondence, must take place inside the platform only.
The seller may not use WhatsApp or any external channel to deal with the buyer about the order or its services. The buyer must likewise not accept being directed to an external channel.
The only exception is when the external link is itself part of the purchased product, such as the access link to a course, an e-book or an externally hosted file, provided that the link is sent inside TK Store DZ.
If the product requires the buyer to send certain information, such as an e-mail address, a username or a password, it must be exchanged only inside the platform chat.
7.When can the buyer open a dispute?
The buyer may open a dispute inside the platform in the following cases, among others:
- The product was not delivered although payment is complete and the expected time has passed.
- The product does not work or returned an error on activation.
- A product different from the one ordered was received.
- The seller does not reply and gives no explanation inside the platform.
- A subscription or a product with a duration stopped before the end of the promised period.
- The access or download link does not work.
- Access to a course or externally hosted content ended before the promised duration.
- The received file cannot be opened or differs materially from the product offered.
- The product differs materially from the description on its page.
- The content turns out to be pirated, stolen, or not authorised for distribution by the seller.
A dispute must be opened inside the platform, with the available information and evidence, such as the order number, the chat messages, and screenshots where possible.
8.Single-use products
Single-use products are products consumed as soon as they are used, such as gift cards, game keys, and codes that can be used once.
For these products:
- The buyer must test the product promptly after delivery.
- The problem must be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of actual delivery.
- TK Store reserves the right to examine exceptional cases based on the available evidence.
- If it is established that the code was used successfully, the refund is not automatic.
- If the buyer chose the wrong product, the refund is not automatic.
- In every case, TK Store reviews the order and the evidence, and may decide on a replacement, a refund to the TK Points wallet, or rejection of the complaint.
9.Duration-based products and subscriptions
This category includes personal subscriptions, shared subscriptions, software keys that include a subscription period or warranty, and courses or external content sold with a defined access duration.
The rules that apply to them:
- The seller remains responsible for the full promised duration.
- The buyer may open a dispute during the promised active period if the product no longer works or access is interrupted.
- Possible remedies start with a fix, a replacement, reactivation or restored access.
- The seller may provide a replacement link or access when the product is hosted externally.
- Partial compensation may be granted depending on the remaining duration, the nature of the product, the available evidence, and TK Store’s decision.
- For shared subscriptions, the buyer is advised not to change the password or account settings on their own if that goes against the product’s instructions.
10.Courses, e-books and downloadable files
The seller is responsible for the external hosting and for keeping access valid throughout the period they promised.
Courses and content with an access duration
When a problem occurs, the usual order of resolution is:
- Fix the access.
- Restore or reactivate the access.
- Provide a replacement link or access.
- Partial compensation or a refund to TK Points where appropriate.
Buyer protection may apply when:
- The access link does not work.
- The wrong course or content was delivered.
- The content differs materially from the description.
- Access ends before the promised duration.
- The seller fails to restore access.
- The seller fails to deliver.
- The content turns out to be pirated, stolen or unauthorised.
E-books and downloadable files
Once the correct file or a valid download link has been delivered and the buyer has successfully accessed or downloaded the product, a refund is not automatic merely because the buyer changed their mind.
Buyer protection still applies if:
- The link is invalid.
- The file cannot be opened.
- The wrong file was delivered.
- The content differs materially from the description.
- The content is pirated, stolen or unauthorised.
- The seller did not deliver what was purchased.
11.Gaming accounts
Gaming accounts are protected at two levels.
A. TK Store baseline protection
Whatever the Seller Warranty, buyer protection applies to fundamental delivery or fraud failures, such as:
- The account was not delivered.
- The credentials are invalid at delivery.
- The account is materially different from the listing.
- The account was hacked or stolen.
- The account had already been sold to another buyer.
- The promised Full Access was not provided.
- A major restriction was not disclosed.
B. Seller Warranty (stated in the short description)
Each seller sets the warranty period for their account and states it in the product’s short description, for example “Seller Warranty: 14 days”. After a successful delivery, a later problem — such as the account being reclaimed or becoming unusable — is handled within that Seller Warranty period, subject to the platform rules and to any fraud.
The Seller Warranty is set by the seller. It is not a TK Store guarantee period. Read it before buying. If the short description does not state a warranty, ask the seller in the platform chat before you buy.
Your responsibility
Problems caused by your own conduct after a successful delivery — for example cheating, prohibited modifications, sharing the credentials, intentionally causing a ban, or ignoring clearly disclosed instructions — are not covered where the evidence shows it. TK Store reviews the evidence and makes the final decision.
Remedies follow the usual order: fixing or restoring access, a replacement where acceptable, then a refund or a TK Points refund under the dispute process. After delivery, change the password and the security settings you were given as soon as possible.
12.Refund method
- TK Points are an internal balance specific to the platform.
- TK Points are not a bank account, a banking service, or a regulated financial deposit.
- The buyer can use TK Points for later purchases on TK Store DZ.
Refunds to the original payment method are not currently enabled. They may be considered later, subject to regulatory and operational constraints.
An accepted refund covers the amount of the product. Fees related to the payment method used are not refunded once the payment has succeeded.
13.Cases in which a refund may be refused
TK Store may refuse or reduce a refund in cases such as:
- Using the code successfully and then requesting a refund.
- Choosing the wrong product even though the description was clear.
- Ignoring region, duration, activation or access-duration restrictions.
- Dealing with the seller, or handling delivery or support, outside the platform — except for an external access link delivered inside TK Store DZ as part of the product.
- Sharing account credentials or access information through external channels.
- Reporting the problem after a reasonable period has passed.
- Successfully downloading the correct e-book or file and then requesting a refund merely for a change of mind.
- Abusing the dispute mechanism, fraud, or repeated refund requests without a genuine reason.
In these cases, TK Store reserves the right to reject the complaint or to offer a partial remedy as it considers fair.
14.Seller response time
- During active support hours, from 08:00 to 02:00 after midnight, the seller must reply inside the platform within 30 minutes at most.
- From 02:00 to 08:00 is considered a rest period during which response time may be relaxed, provided the seller follows up on pending requests as soon as active support hours begin.
If the seller is repeatedly late or leaves the buyer without an explanation, the buyer may request TK Store’s intervention.
15.TK Store’s decision in disputes
The final decision in disputes inside the platform belongs to TK Store.
Its decisions may include:
- Requiring the seller to fix the problem.
- A replacement.
- Reactivation.
- Restoring access.
- Providing a replacement link.
- Issuing a full refund to TK Points.
- Issuing partial compensation.
- Rejecting the complaint.
- Freezing the disputed amount.
- Applying penalties to the seller where appropriate.
The decision is made on the basis of the order record, the chat messages, the evidence provided, the nature of the product, and the remaining access duration, if any.
16.Buyer responsibility
To benefit fully from the protection, the buyer must:
- Read the product description before buying.
- Check the product type, region, duration, warranty, delivery method, access duration and any stated restrictions.
- Share sensitive information only to the extent needed to complete delivery.
- Use the platform chat for communication related to the order.
- Not confirm receipt, where that option exists, before making sure the product has arrived and works.
- Report any problem promptly.
- Not accept moving payment, support or the dispute outside the platform.
- Keep the necessary evidence when a problem occurs.
17.Contact and support
To contact TK Store about an order, a dispute or a general question:
- Use the admin chat inside the platform as the first option, when available.
- If it is not available, contact the official WhatsApp designated by TK Store.
Communication with the seller about the order must stay inside the platform chat.
Final note
Buyer protection on TK Store DZ works best when payment, delivery, support and disputes stay inside the platform.
External links that are part of the product itself, such as a link to a course or an e-book, are not considered leaving the platform when they are sent inside TK Store DZ according to the rules explained above.
We aim to build a professional and trustworthy Algerian digital marketplace, with clear rules that protect the buyer, the seller and the platform.
