1.Introduction

TK Store, which operates the TK Store DZ platform, respects intellectual property rights and expects sellers and buyers to respect them too. This policy explains the seller’s responsibility for rights and licences, the content that is prohibited, how rights holders can report a suspected infringement, and how TK Store handles reports.

It is meant to protect rights holders, buyers, legitimate sellers and the platform, without TK Store claiming to verify the ownership of every product in advance.

2.Scope of the policy

This policy applies to everything listed, sold or delivered through TK Store DZ, including courses and e-books, digital assets and templates, software and keys, downloadable files and externally hosted content, as well as the images, descriptions and names used in listings.

It is read together with the Terms of Use, the Selling Rules, the Buyer Protection and Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.

3.Seller responsibility for rights

This applies in particular to courses and e-books, digital assets and templates, software and content files, downloadable files, design assets and externally hosted content.

It also covers the images, descriptions, marks and names used on the product page: a seller may not use what they are not entitled to use.

4.Content prohibited for intellectual-property reasons

Listing, selling or delivering the following is strictly prohibited:

  • Pirated content.
  • Stolen content.
  • Leaked content.
  • Unauthorised redistribution of any content.
  • Paid courses copied without their owner’s permission.
  • E-books whose distribution is not authorised.
  • Cracked software or content.
  • Digital assets sold without the necessary rights.
  • Misleading claims of ownership or authorisation.

The measures of the Selling Rules apply to these cases, including immediate removal and a ban where appropriate.

5.Courses and e-books

In the current operating model, TK Store DZ does not host the seller’s course, video or e-book content; the seller hosts the content externally and delivers an access or download link through the platform. This does not reduce the seller’s intellectual-property responsibility in any way.

The seller must hold sufficient rights to sell the content, distribute it, provide access to it, provide its download, and grant the promised access duration.

If externally hosted content is reported as pirated, stolen, leaked or redistributed without authorisation, TK Store may disable or remove the listing, review or freeze the related transaction where policy permits, request evidence from the seller, and apply seller enforcement.

6.Gaming accounts and publisher trademarks

Game titles, logos, characters and platform names belong to their publishers and owners. Sellers may name the game and the platform to describe an account accurately, but must not present a listing as official, endorsed by or affiliated with the publisher, nor use publisher logos or artwork in a misleading way.

Selling a game account transfers no intellectual-property rights in the game itself.

7.Digital assets and templates

This category includes, for example, Canva templates, Notion templates, social media templates, design assets, presets, spreadsheets and business templates, and downloadable digital files.

The seller must have the right to sell and distribute the asset. Merely modifying someone else’s protected work does not give the seller ownership of it or the right to sell it without permission.

8.Software, keys and other digital products

The seller is responsible for the legitimacy of the software keys, licences and other digital products they list, and for being authorised to sell them.

Pirated, cracked or stolen software and products remain prohibited under the Selling Rules.

9.Externally hosted content

TK Store may display or deliver an external link supplied by the seller. The external service is operated by the seller or a third party.

TK Store delivering the link does not mean that TK Store owns the content, licenses it, verifies every ownership claim, or operates the external host.

TK Store remains responsible for its own marketplace processing and actions under its policies and the laws and regulations that apply to it.

10.How to report a suspected infringement

A rights holder or their authorised representative can report a suspected infringement through:

  1. The admin chat inside the platform, when available.
  2. The official WhatsApp number designated by TK Store, when the chat is not available.

Buyers may also report a product they suspect to be pirated or unauthorised through the same channels.

11.Useful information in a report

To speed up the review, a report should preferably include:

  • The reporter’s name and contact details.
  • Identification of the protected work or content.
  • Identification of the disputed product on TK Store DZ (name, link or product number).
  • An explanation of the rights claimed.
  • An explanation of why the listing infringes.
  • Supporting evidence where available.
  • A statement that the information supplied is accurate to the reporter’s knowledge.

Formal legal documents are not required with every first report, but TK Store may request additional information where necessary.

12.How TK Store handles a report

Depending on the case, TK Store may:

  • Review the listing.
  • Temporarily hide or unpublish the listing.
  • Request evidence from the seller.
  • Request proof of ownership, licence or authorisation.
  • Restrict delivery.
  • Remove the product.
  • Suspend the seller’s account.
  • Hold the seller’s disputed balance where the existing rules allow it.
  • Permanently ban repeated or serious infringers.

The decision is based on the credibility of the report, the evidence, the seller’s response, the seriousness of the case and platform safety.

13.Requesting proof of rights from the seller

A seller facing an infringement report may be asked to provide evidence of their rights, such as:

  • Proof of ownership.
  • A licence.
  • An authorisation or permission.
  • Distribution rights.
  • Source documentation.
  • Other reasonable evidence.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence within a reasonable time may result in removal of the product or action on the account.

14.Repeat infringement

Repeated credible intellectual-property violations may lead to stronger review of the seller’s products, product removal, suspension, a permanent ban and re-registration restrictions, under the existing seller enforcement rules.

15.False or abusive reports

Knowingly false, fraudulent, abusive or bad-faith infringement reports are prohibited, including using reports to harm a competing seller.

TK Store may disregard abusive reports and take appropriate platform action where necessary.

16.Buyer responsibility

Buyers must respect content owners’ rights and must not:

  • Redistribute paid files without authorisation.
  • Resell content when the licence does not permit resale.
  • Share access to a protected course or e-book outside the allowed use.
  • Remove or bypass protection measures unlawfully.

17.Product removal and its effect on orders

If an intellectual-property report affects an active or completed order, TK Store may review whether the product was delivered, whether access should continue, whether buyer protection applies, whether a refund or partial compensation is appropriate, and whether seller funds related to the dispute should be held.

Submitting a report does not by itself entitle the buyer to an automatic refund. Actual refund decisions are made under the Buyer Protection and Refund Policy.

18.No full pre-verification

TK Store may review products before publication, but it does not guarantee that it independently verifies the complete chain of ownership or licensing for every product. The seller remains responsible for the rights they claim.

This does not mean that TK Store ignores credible reports; it acts on them as described in section 12.

19.Changes to this policy

TK Store may update this policy from time to time. The updated version is published on this page with its last-updated date.

20.Contact

To report an infringement or for any question about this policy:

  • Use the admin chat inside the platform as the first option, when available.
  • If it is not available, use the official WhatsApp number designated by TK Store.
