1.Introduction
This policy explains which products may not be listed or sold on TK Store DZ, which products require additional review, which claims and practices are prohibited, which cases are accepted only with TK Store’s explicit approval, and what happens when a prohibited product is detected.
Its purpose is to protect buyers, legitimate sellers, rights holders and the platform. Not every product prohibited here is necessarily illegal: some are prohibited for operational reasons, to protect reputation, because of fraud risk, because the source is unclear, to protect buyers, for intellectual-property reasons, or under platform policy.
2.Scope of the policy
This policy applies to everything listed, sold or delivered through the platform within the active main categories: gift cards, game keys, gaming top-ups, software keys, personal subscriptions, shared subscriptions, digital assets and templates, and courses and e-books.
3.The difference between a prohibited and a high-risk product
A prohibited product cannot be listed or sold, unless a specific documented exception exists that the policy expressly allows.
A high-risk product is not prohibited, but it may be sold only after additional review, and product-specific operational conditions may be imposed. See section 16.
5.Prohibited accounts and subscriptions
Listing or selling the following is prohibited:
- Netflix accounts or subscriptions.
- IPTV in all its forms.
- Stolen accounts.
- Hacked accounts.
- Compromised or leaked credentials.
- Accounts obtained through fraud.
- Accounts the seller has no authorisation or right to provide.
Shared subscriptions remain an allowed category, but they are high-risk and subject to additional review (see section 16). This policy does not mean that all shared subscriptions are prohibited.
6.Software, keys and licences
Listing or selling the following is prohibited:
- Cracked software.
- Pirated software.
- Stolen keys.
- Unauthorised keys or licences.
- Keys of unknown or suspicious source that TK Store cannot reasonably approve.
- Products that falsely claim official or legitimate licensing.
Autodesk products or any related products are prohibited by default. The only exception is TK Store’s explicit, exceptional written approval of a specific product; Autodesk products are not considered generally allowed.
7.Courses and e-books
Courses & E-books is an active category on the platform. Within it, the following is prohibited:
- Pirated courses.
- Stolen courses.
- Leaked paid courses.
- Unauthorised copies.
- E-books distributed without rights.
- Unauthorised bundles of paid materials.
- Deceptive access promises.
- Unauthorised redistribution.
TK Store DZ provides no DRM or anti-copy protection. The seller is responsible for rights, licensing, distribution authority, external hosting, access-link validity and the promised duration.
8.Gaming accounts
Gaming Accounts is an active category limited to Full Access accounts sold by their original owner. Within it, the following is prohibited:
- No Full Access (NFA) accounts, or limited-access accounts where the buyer cannot obtain the promised control.
- Shared accounts.
- Rented accounts.
- Accounts resold after being bought from another owner.
- Hacked or stolen accounts.
- Accounts of unknown origin.
- Accounts already sold to another buyer, and simultaneous duplicate sales.
- Accounts tied to a personal primary e-mail of the seller that cannot be handed over or recovered by the buyer.
- Accounts with the seller’s payment methods still saved.
- Accounts containing personal data that cannot safely be removed.
- Accounts with an undisclosed active ban, suspension or restriction.
- Accounts where material recovery access remains with the seller contrary to the listing.
- Accounts tied to another person or a minor in a way that cannot safely be transferred.
Every Gaming Accounts product is reviewed manually before it is published. A listing that falls within these cases is rejected or removed, and the enforcement measures described on this page may apply.
9.Digital assets and templates
Listing or selling the following is prohibited:
- Copied or stolen design assets.
- Templates resold without rights.
- Unauthorised bundles.
- Copyrighted assets sold without permission.
- Misleading claims of ownership.
Modifying someone else’s protected work does not automatically give the seller ownership of it or the right to resell it. TK Store provides no DRM or anti-copy protection for sellers’ assets.
10.Misleading products and content
Products or listings containing the following are prohibited:
- False claims.
- Misleading claims.
- Fake guarantees.
- Fake official status.
- Materially inaccurate descriptions.
- Deceptive duration or access promises.
This policy does not prohibit normal marketing language as long as it is truthful.
11.Lifetime subscriptions and maximum duration
Selling lifetime subscriptions as a general subscription product is prohibited. Subscriptions longer than 12 months also remain prohibited under current policy.
Important distinction: “Lifetime Access” for courses and e-books
For externally hosted courses and e-books, “Lifetime Access” may not be advertised freely. It may be used only if TK Store explicitly approves that specific product in writing and the seller can reasonably demonstrate the nature and sustainability of the promised access.
Otherwise, the seller must state a clear access duration, or clearly state that the product is a one-time downloadable file. This exceptional course and e-book rule must not be confused with ordinary lifetime subscriptions, which remain prohibited.
12.Adult or indecent products
Listing or selling the following is prohibited:
- Pornographic products.
- Explicit adult sexual content or services.
- Indecent digital products that TK Store determines are inappropriate for the marketplace.
13.Gambling and betting
Listing or selling the following is prohibited:
- Gambling products.
- Betting-related products or services.
- Digital goods whose primary purpose is gambling or betting activity.
This prohibition does not extend to ordinary games unrelated to gambling.
14.Hacking, phishing, spam and abusive automation
Listing or selling the following is prohibited:
- Hacking tools.
- Phishing tools.
- Credential-theft tools.
- Malware.
- Spam tools or services.
- Fake-account creation tools.
- Abusive automation.
- Tools primarily designed for fraud or platform abuse.
Legitimate developer, security or productivity tools are not prohibited merely because they include automation; the test is an abusive or fraudulent purpose.
15.Platform circumvention and off-platform dealing
Products or listings whose main purpose is any of the following are prohibited:
- Bypassing payment through TK Store.
- Moving customers outside the marketplace for commercial transactions.
- Evading seller commissions.
- Hiding delivery or support activity from TK Store.
Important exception: an external link that is itself the purchased digital product or its access mechanism — such as a course access link, an e-book download link, or an approved external file or access link — is allowed when it is delivered inside TK Store DZ, and does not by itself constitute off-platform redirection.
16.High-risk products
The following products are not prohibited, but may be sold only after additional review, for example:
- Shared subscriptions.
- High-value gift cards.
- Region-locked products.
- Products requiring information from the buyer’s account.
- Externally hosted content.
- Extended warranties or long access periods.
- Unusually priced products.
- Some streaming or digital entertainment products.
TK Store may approve the product, reject it, request changes, request additional evidence, or impose product-specific operational conditions. A high-risk classification is not a promise of approval.
17.Product review and TK Store’s discretion
Listing within an allowed category does not create an automatic right to sell a specific product.
TK Store may reject or remove a product if it determines that the product creates buyer risk, fraud risk, intellectual-property risk, operational risk, source concerns, reputation risk, or unclear delivery and support obligations.
18.How to report a product
Buyers, sellers, rights holders and other users may report a potentially prohibited product through:
- The admin chat inside the platform, when available.
- The official WhatsApp number designated by TK Store, when the chat is not available.
A report should preferably include the product name or link, the reason, the order number if relevant, and screenshots or evidence where available.
19.What happens after a report
TK Store may investigate the report and request additional information from the reporter or the seller, and may take the measures described in section 20 depending on the outcome.
20.Penalties and measures
Upon a confirmed violation or a credible report, TK Store may:
- Request correction of the product.
- Unpublish or hide the product.
- Remove the product.
- Restrict delivery of the product.
- Request evidence from the seller.
- Freeze the seller’s disputed amounts under the existing rules.
- Temporarily suspend the seller’s account.
- Permanently ban the seller in serious or repeated cases.
- Prevent re-registration where appropriate under the Selling Rules.
The details of seller enforcement are set out on the Selling Rules page.
21.Policy updates
TK Store may review and extend the list of prohibited and high-risk products from time to time. The updated version is published on this page with its last-updated date.
22.Contact
To report a product or ask about this policy:
- Use the admin chat inside the platform as the first option, when available.
- If it is not available, use the official WhatsApp number designated by TK Store.
